As stated earlier, we carried serveral user inquiries. There seem to be a 
consistent demand for case-sensitivity in the mail exchanges (the way the 
mailbox is named is another yet similar type of response).. A simple 
example is the consistent desire to be able to be polite and able to send 
mails (and to see them received as such) to 
"M.le.Pésident@République.Française.gouv.fr"  with the maximum of Windows 
like spaces, and a local abreviated DNS removing "gouv.fr" when not 
necessary or printing it in gray.

Question seems to know if it is better to be consitent with 10 years old 
RFC or with coming 2000 years common polite practice based upon 7000 years 
of courteous scripting practice.

PS. I wish to come back on the "printing in gray" aspect. We added that 
question for fun in one of the questionnaires. We were surprised to see 
that it was very consistently checked as a real improvement.
