Just speaking as an individual member of the WG, I tend to agree.

Well, text for the Charter on this topic should be more problem
oriented and less solution oriented. On the other hand, if a MANET
protocol is going to use IPv6 (which is the strongly encouraged
version), then it would seem that the routers/stations/nodes/whatever
in a region running that MANET protocol need IPv6 addresses. Do you
have an alternative text to suggest?
