Unfortunately, I'm not sure what is the problem that Fred's suggested text
aims to solve.  If it's manual interconnection of MANET with the Internet,
then I believe the problem is already solved.  If it's automatic intercon-
nection of MANET's through the Internet, then it's an interesting problem,
and it deserves a whole presentation.  If it's autoconfiguration of MANET
nodes, then it's a deep, deep rabbit hole, and in that case I suggest we
very carefully limit the scope of what we aim to do.
