I never said that.

Henning Rogge has a lot of experience implementing routing protocols.
Henning Rogge does not know how to implement AODVv2 without resorting to
a kernel module or using the default-to-self hack.

I have a moderate amount of experience implementing routing protocols.
I have thought about the problem very hard, I have questioned both Henning
and Charlie, and I still do not know how to implement AODVv2 without
resorting to a kernel module or using the default-to-self hack.

Hence, there are at least two people awith experience implementing routing
protocols who do not know how to implement AODVv2 without resorting to
a kernel module or using the default-to-self hack.

This is not an opinion.  This is a fact.
