Re: IETF Outcomes wiki

Hi,

I wonder if "adoption" might not be broken into two parts, comparable
to the RFC2026 standards track:
implementations versus deployment.

Some standards, like BEEP or SCRIPT-MIB, never got much
implementation, so couldn't be deployed.
Others, like SNMPv3, have some implementation, but still don't get
deployed because they require too much work to configure.
