Good to know, would be useful to update the legend with how the values
were/are being defined. 

If the size  or kind of market isn't defined in the table, then
the subjective value given is even less useful  to come to a common understanding.

afaik,  SNMPv3 has 100% adoption (nay popular) rate in [Euro-]DOCSIS 
based cable modem market, something less in US Gov't/Federal markets, and 
tiny in enterprise markets. Financial markets being the one wanting better
security.
