Re: [rbridge] working group last call for PPP TRILL protocol control protocol [was Re: I-D Action:draft-ietf-pppext-trill-protocol-02.txt]

I have reviewed this draft and believe it should be advanced as a
proposed standard but I suggest the following minor tweaks:

I believe references are not allowed in an Abstract so you may have to
explicitly say "RFC 1661" if necessary, or perhaps this reference can
just be moved to the first occurrence of PPP in the body.

Section 2.3, in the first sentence, for clarify suggest changing "the
IS-IS Payload" with "the IS-IS Payload, starting with the IS-IS
Network Layer Protocol Identifier byte (0x83),"
