Fine with me. Fixed.

This change I don't like. The paragraph is defining header fields 
("Header fields are..."), not describing how they are formed ("Header 
fields begin with..."). Not only that, it is explained 2 subsections 
later that header fields are a logical line and how they can be 
folded. I don't think this general explanation will cause any 
confusion.
