RE: RAQMON Trap PDU size and report transmission time

We probably have done that computation with IPv4. I have re-done the computation for both IPv4 and IPv6. For a worst case, where the peer address type is IPv6, the length of a full basic packet requires fragmentation. However, many of the parameters in the basic packet are pseudo-static - thus they need not be transmitted but once per session. It is only the dynamic parameters - mostly counters - that need to be transmitted periodically, and those amount to a smaller fraction of the total PDU length that will not require fragmentation. So fragmentation - if it happens - it happens only once per session - for example at the beginning of a phone call.
