Um=85 is =93draconian=94 really the term that was used by the poll?
That was the wording in the poll. The issue was raised in the chat and cla=
rified at the mic by Sean that draconian wasn=92t really an accurate word, =
but it was late/early when he made the slides after three-four days of IETF=
meetings.
My impression is that =93Should the chairs be quicker to act in doing mode=
ration=94 might be a more accurate way to express it.
I would also suggest watching the video once it becomes available on the IE=
TF video channels.
