IBM vs SCO

Just a note that visiting www.groklaw.net would probably be a source of
some joy to those on this list - particularly IBM's two motions this
week, for partial summary judgements; one against all SCO's "contract
claims" (including the whole bogusly extended interpretation of
derivative works), the other (the biggie) for enforcement of GPL.
IBM's supporting documentation for the latter is a joy to read ;^)
