I thought 'throttling' just puts some "wait states" in the cpu - execution
and 'performance' sets the frequency of the CPU ?

in performance I can choose T0 and T1 witch is 2 GHz and 1 GHz on my P4
and in throtteling I get 8 states T0-T8.

But when using throtteling and switching between the states I loose
IrDA-Connections. So during syncing my palm It is not possible to use the
throtteling interface, but I dont need it either....
