Good morning/evening to everybody, I'm stuck trying solve a problem with acpi, i have the latest version (20030619) on 4.2.21 clean (from kernel.org) i'v compiled in the acpi support and not apm but: - the thermal is not working at all, acpi -t shows 75 c for my p4 2.4 Ghz wich is really too much -the halt procedure hangs at powerdown but this i think is minor problem please help me solve it 'cause my laptop is useless without it some specifications may help: CPU0: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz stepping 04 ACPI: BIOS passes blacklist ACPI: MADT not present the laptop is a Gericom webshox 4320 with SiS 650 chipset board thanks in advance ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: VM Ware With VMware you can run multiple operating systems on a single machine.
