[ACPI-sppt] Can't resume from S1

Hi,

I am trying to make the ACPI work on my Dell Inspiron 2600. I have
suspend working with swsusp but I am having problems resuming after a
sleep command.

When I do an `echo 1 > /proc/acpi/sleep` the machine goes to sleep and the
power light starts blinking (as it is supposed to). When I press the
power button to wake the machine up, the screen comes back but the whole
machine is unresponsive, no mouse or keyboard input and the only way to
fix it is to pull my battery out.

Any ideas why I can't resume and how to fix it?

I am using a Dell Inspiron 2600 running Slackware with vanilla kernel
2.4.21 patched with acpi-20030619-2.4.21 and swsusp-1.0.3.

Thanks,

Ryan
