Hello Emma, thx for the news, I'm going to switch to kernel 2.4.22, but 
before I've some questions...

Does u know if the 'ACPI DSDT in initrd patch' 
(http://gaugusch.at/kernel.shtml) is included or not?

If I typed 'acpi -V' I got an error (bad command): in which 
packages/archive is it included or where I can find it? Which is his 
work, I mean, what does it do?
