[ACPI-sppt] Pb on M2N rebooting linux after booting Windows XP

LO !

I Have a M2M asus PC ... I have installed à custom DSDT, and
everything is fine ... except of course fan and thermal ... this is
not the point of this mail.

But now that linux works nearly correctly, When I boot WindowsXP and
then reboot linux, it blocks before init starts ... and just after
printing (1)
    ACPI-0292: *** Info: Table [DSDT] replace by host OS

So I believe that is has to do with DSDT ... but I do not know what
happens. If I let the PC sleeping for one night, for example, when it
reboots linux, everything becomes OK again.

I have tried to stop completly the PC (swith it off) and reboot linux
... but it still block for some while just after the same message (1).
 

Does somebody has experienced the same problem ?

Does somebody know what happen ?

Does somebody has a key to solve this pb ?
