No thanks - I like the new dsdt very much. I was just wondering if- as
you said - these temperatures/rpm's could need a little tweaking (if
they are the optimal combination)

Yes - I also used asus probe. It show the temp, but my version also
displays the fan rpm, so it is just a matter of monitoring the fan rpm
and then noting the temperature when this changes. Also, asus-probe show
90 deg as the critical shutdown temp. I dont think that the 70 deg you
have put in the dsdt is a problem though. Perhaps it is even better to
not allow the cpu tp run that hot.
