I can send you the patches if you're interested. Please, send me the patch for the 'acpi4asus' kernel module (I've version 0.26, where there's the support for ASUS M3N). On the other hand, I tried your last DSDT on my M3N and it seems it doesn't work as in your case. So, I trying to modify mine basing on your modifications. Just some questions: - could you tell me what exactly you have enabled and what not? I mean, should I enable the 'fan' ACPI module or only the 'thermal' one? - the modifications you made to your last DSDT are only those where you added C-style comments, right? Because I found some differences in the 2 (M2N and M3N) DSDTs... If you want to see the M3N one, you can grab it at the ACPI DSDT db, I added it yesterday in section ASUS/M3N. - in the future could it be possible reaching an automatic fan control as on Windows?
