Ok, what I did:
- cd /usr/src/
- tar jxvf linux-2.4.21.tar.bz2
- mv linux-2.4.21 linux-2.4.21-acpi.robert.alsadevfs
- ln -s /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-acpi.robert.alsadevfs linux
- cd linux-2.4.21-acpi.robert.alsadevfs
- patch -p1 < acpi-20030619-2.4.21.diff
- cd drivers/acpi/executer/
- patch -p0 < exfldio.c.diff
- here the output:
	patching file exfldio.c
	Hunk #1 FAILED at 346.
	Hunk #2 FAILED at 449.
	2 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file exfldio.c.rej
- anyway, I compiled the kernel and installed it (I got no errors)
- now I can reboot from Windows :-)
- anyway, /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/.../temperature gives always 60ºC
- the fan seems to be always on (I need more tests, but ATM this is the 
situation)

Where's the problem for your patch? Should I apply your patch before the 
ACPI's one? This sounds me very strange... And to obtain the correct 
values, should I fix my DSDT?

Well, I searched for it in every possible choice, but I didn't find it
at all. So 'Google power' and... well, I had SMP on and so I couldn't 
disable APIC support.
