Our university is busy evaluating Tivoli as a possible backup system
to be used for mainly Windows, Novell and Linux systems.
We are running some old Redhats (7.3), Fedora's and Debian Systems.
The Redhat systems will probably move to Debian in the next few
months.
What are the experiences of people on this mailing list about Tivoli
and it's interaction with Linux in general and on Debian and Fedora
spesifically?
When installing it on Debian, which libraries/packages are needed?
Regards
Johann
