Description of Problem:
i used apt-get upgrade (synaptic broken, see other bug) to upgrade kde from
ibiblio mirror and kopete will no longer run. when i launch the app either as
user arklinux or root, it crashes immediately with SIGSEGV signal 11.

How Reproducible:
update kde, run kopete
Steps to Reproduce:
1. update kde
2. launch kopete
Actual Results:
crashes
