This application is GPL, Its a small gui that allow users to easily 
configure and setup wine on thier system. It sets up the fake windows 
drive and everything. I have run this tool once, and now I can pop in a 
windows cd and the windows based autostarts pop up asking me to install 
the application on the disk. Winetools also includes an installer for 
applications.
