Dont know exactly Tom "spot" what intend but he enable sparc/sparc64 suport in official FC2-devel kernel wich is a first step :).Also in official schedule of FC2 there is something about sparc port. As you ask about newer apache it is little bit difficult if want to follow FC, because FC comes with PIE enabled apache and others, and on sparc is not posibble PIE, not work yet, but it can be disabled and compiled without it.I think actualy PIE and anaconda plus some python wizardards like system-config-* will be the biggest chalange if wish FC2 for sparc in rest anything else work including the "strangest" openoffice package. I would love to see FC2 for sparc :) cristian _______________________________________________ Aurora-sparc-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.auroralinux.org/mailman/listinfo/aurora-sparc-devel Aurora FAQ: http://www.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~mas01r/aurorafaq.html
