Initial Thoughts, migration from Ubuntu ahead

I installed GoboLinux to virtualbox today, in Ubuntu. It still takes
some time for me to figure out where everything is now though! Now I
think I might like this thing, but I'd need to understand it far much
better than what I do. I might need some initial help on installing it
to more machines. I'm also considering to become a contributor to
GoboLinux.

I've read the at glance, FAQ, unix tree rethought, clueless, and
glanced some other pages in documentation. Going to read more
tomorrow, perhaps even going far as installing it to my machine! For
that I'd need to get nvidia drivers, steam and chrome working, and
maybe catch some window manager that doesn't drive me crazy, xfce for
example.. or openbox.

For development, I'd also probably want to install gobolinux to
raspberry pi, so I could do some wayland stuff that is not running in
my primary machine at the moment.

IF it turns out GoboLinux is exactly what I'm looking at, then it
means I will be probably modifying it. I think I'd like to work on
GoboLinux at times, to make it more friendly to people such as artists
and elderly people. This would mainly mean improvements to the
Manager, some way to handle always running services in user-friendly
manner (RunIt perhaps?), changes into graphics environment, to make it
easier to manage the system.

Heh.. it feels that so little few small things are wrong once every
program is located where they actually SHOULD be. I might turn out
with my own distro in the process.
