Re: Systemd

Well, at the same time you have companies like Spotify being supportive of systemd, because they say it allows them to manage 5,000 servers: https://lists.debian.org/debian-ctte/2014/01/msg00287.html So, some sysadmins actually seem to find it useful.

However, personally, I hate scope creep and I'm kind of an enthusiast when it comes to fiddling with my systems to make them 'beautiful'. Even on a laptop, systemd seems ugly. That's especially the case since for a nerd like me there is no such thing as "don't touch it" :o)
