Intersil devices under 2.6.8-rcX or Fedora 2.6.7-1.494.2.2 kernel

if anyone is using the above kernels with an Intersil radio device without
built-in flash (firmware version < 0.100.x). please update to 0.12beta16
from the cvs, as the fix in 0.12beta15 didn't work for these devices.
