Regarding problems being had in Mandrake 9.2

Finally got it. After removing the old Mandrake drivers in order to get wlan0 to register, I had to add MII_NOT_SUPPORTED=yes to the wlan0 script to get the network to initialize. I added the line and did a service network restart, but it timed out; so I did a complete restart, and it initialized the wlan0
connection on startup. This correspondence is coming to you from Mozilla Thunderbird running in Mandrake 9.2! Thanks to Derek and Joerg for their superb assistance,
