Hi All:

I have a question about eepro driver. If it receives a VLAN tagged packet
of size 1522 (including CRC), the max possible size for VLAN packets,
will the chip (and driver) accept and give to a higher layer function
(assuming one exists).

I want to build a ethernet bridge, with a few ethernet interfaces on a linux box
and want to be able to bridge vlan tagged packets as well. In this case,
there is no higher layer involved. The bridge code will just look at src/dst mac addresses
and will be oblivious to the type 0x8100 on vlan packets.

Thanks!
