8051+rtl8139 ethernet card

Hi..
I am working in the embedded system company .
for our embedded application I need some help from
your side.I want a 

configuration which is having 8051 microcontroller
+ethernet card  interface .
Is it possible to have such type of configuration on
hardware front.
if it is exists i can go for rtl8139 ethernet card for
my embedded 

applications, needed in my hardware configuration.with
warm regards!!
