Have ADMTek AN983, Need RPM for Mitel Linux (Red Hat)

Hello, stupid situation warning.
A friend installed Mitel Linux (based on Red Hat, I believe) on a box
that I gave him and the distribution "has no dev tools" by default.
("What the hell?!" exclaim I.) The NIC is a RealTek ADMTek AN983 PCI.
Whence might I download a compiled driver or the latest RPM for the
Tulip driver?
