DFE 570 TX not working.

I'm just trying to make a DFE 570 TX (4 ports board) work under Linux=20
Kernel 2.4.23. The board goes up but I can't ping anything. I don't even=20
get a "Destination unreacheable" error message"!

I already tried the tulip module and the de4x5 module. I already checked=20
that I'm using the correct port.

Any idea of what could be wrong?

I can try Donald's driver but I believe it isn't the recommended solution=
 for a 2.4.x kernel.
