About: SmokePing is a network latency monitor which works in a way that is
similar to MRTG. It measures network latency to a configurable set of
destinations on the network, and displays its findings in easy-to-read Web
pages. SmokePing has special support for monitoring hosts with dynamic IP
addresses. SmokePing uses RRDtool as its logging and graphing back-end,
making the system very efficient. The presentation of the data on the Web
is done through a CGI which creates graphs on demand.

of fish is to give the user a rich set of powerful features in a way that
is easy to discover, remember, and use. fish features a user-friendly and
powerful tab-completion, including descriptions of every completion,
tab-completion of strings with wildcards, and many completions for
specific commands. It also features an extensive and discoverable help
system. A special help command gives access to all the fish documentation
in your preferred Web browser. Other features include syntax highlighting
with extensive error checking, support for the X clipboard, smart terminal
handling based on terminfo, an easy to search, no duplicates history.
Changes: Many bugfixes were made, including fixes for several crashes and
some minor fixes, like for builtins returning the wrong exit status and
documentation corrections. There are also a few new features. Fish has
been translated to French. When the cursor is on a token that is a prefix
of a valid path, the token is underlined. Non-directories given to the cd
builtin are flagged as an error. Parameter expansion operators like "*",
"%", and "~" are syntax highlighted, as are escape codes like "\x7f" and
"\n".

About: VNCTracker is a tool to keep track of mostly dynamic hosts on
various dial-up accounts. Rather than call each user whenever you need a
current IP address for connecting with VNC, you visit the Web page
generated by VNCTracker which shows the updated IP address for that host.
It will then build .vnc files for easily starting VNC with the settings to
connect to the host.
Changes: The default page for vnctracker was changed from showip.php to
index.php. showip.css was renamed to style.css. The RSS parts were cleaned
up a little. When using the RSS feed, the "Update from mail log" action
happens when you check the VNCTracker feed. Clicking on a hostname will
open its .vnc file. Hovering over each hostname will show host info in a
"title" tooltip.
