About: AgileWiki is meant to create software systems which are fluid,
easily configured and can be reorganized on-the-fly to meet ever changing
requirements. It includes a COW-based database, the Rolonics programming
paradigm, and semantic inferencing.

Changes: When run in server mode, COODBMS now has a comprehensive suite of
client utilities for managing its databases. Databases can now be
individually configured using property files. Client/server (partially
implemented) uses XML over sockets. Error handling has been added.

Changes: Common has been folded into the CowDb jar file. The
DefaultConfiguration class has been renamed to DatabaseConfiguration and,
if passed the name of a database file, tries to load a .cfg properties
file of the same name. Failing that, it attempts to load the default.cfg
file. An issue where DbProcessor instances were not added to a global map,
resulting in duplicates for the same database and also lost file handles
was fixed. The DB Close operation now prevents a database from being
opened while it is in the process of being closed.

About: amavisd-new is a high-performance and reliable interface between
MTAs and one or more content checkers, including virus scanners, and/or
the Mail::SpamAssassin Perl module. It talks to an MTA via (E)SMTP or
LMTP, or by using helper programs. No timing gaps exist in the design,
which could cause a mail loss. It is normally positioned at or near a
central mailer, not necessarily where the user's mailboxes and final
delivery takes place.

Changes: Regular expressions were simplified to avoid Oerl crashing on
very long degenerated addresses in a header. Parsing of header field names
is stricter to avoid duplicating a Subject header field under rare
circumstances. Policy bank name from AM.PDP protocol is now untainted to
avoid SQL errors. Handling of status EAGAIN in SMTP client code was
improved. The number of arguments to a file(1) utility now obeys a POSIX
program argument space limit. Sprintf format for conversion of 64-bit
values was fixed. AV entries for F-PROT fpscan and fpscand were added, and
a BitDefender bdscan entry was updated.

includes. It also fixes a bug with the removal of all tags on a window and

About: Coccinella is a Jabber client with a whiteboard. The whiteboard is
a shared desktop which supports text, drawings, images, and multimedia in
a number of formats, such as MP3 and video. It runs in two main modes, a
peer-to-peer configuration and a mode compatible with the Jabber Instant
Messaging system. A flexible plugin architecture may be used to support
additional formats. It should run on any machine that runs Tcl/Tk.

Changes: This release lets Coccinella run under Tcl/Tk 8.5, which results
in a number of advantages. Not all of them are used this time, since
compatiblity with Tcl/Tk 8.4 will be kept over one release cycle. A large
number of bugs have also been fixed. The Mac OS X version is now built as
a Universal binary, which causes a tremendous speedup on Intel Macs. The
Mac version was particularly improved from the 8.5 update and now displays
all Unicode characters. However, not all types of packages are available
for this release.

little brother of wmii.

About: lftp is a sophisticated command line based file transfer program.
Supported protocols include FTP, HTTP, SFTP, and FISH. It has a
multithreaded design allowing you to issue and execute multiple commands
simultaneously or in the background. It also features mirroring
capabilities and will reconnect and continue transfers in the event of a
disconnection. Also, if you quit the program while transfers are still in
progress, it will switch to nohup mode and finish the transfers in the
background. Additional protocols supported: FTP over HTTP proxy, HTTPS and
FTP over SSL. There are lots of tunable parameters, including rate
limitation, number of connections limitation and more.

Changes: A new ftp:proxy-auth-type setting was added. The same network
address is no longer added multiple times. Resolved addresses are
reported. A new open -s option was added. A workaround was added for a
ProFTPd NLST bug along with another for servers sending a single NL. Host
key verification errors in fish and sftp are handled. HTTP codes 307 and
303 are handled. CCC handling in secure FTP was fixed along with spinning
when cmd:fail-exit is true in a script. A zh_HK translation was added.

About: Libev is a high-performance event loop for C (with optional and
separate interfaces for C++ and Perl), featuring support for I/O, timers
(relative and absolute, cron-like ones), signals, process status changes,
and other types of events. It has both a fast native API and libevent
emulation to support programs written using the libevent API. The libev
distribution consists of libevent with the core event handling parts
replaced by the libev embedded event loop. Differences to libevent include
higher speed, simpler design, more features, less memory usage,
embedability, and no arbitrary limits. libev supports epoll, kqueue,
Solaris event ports, poll, and select.

Changes: ev_async watchers have been implemented, which allow you to
safely wake up event loops from signal handlers or other threads. The
signal pipe is only initialized on demand (which is only relevant for
non-default loops). The actual type for sig_atomic_t is now configurable.
The documentation has been clarified and extended.

current and historical status via a Web browser, and a WAP interface is

security checks. It allows for reports to be generated in HTML, and

About: Rsyslog is an enhanced multi-threaded syslogd. Among other
features, it offers support for on-demand disk buffering, reliable syslog
over TCP, writing to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and many more),
fully configurable output formats (including high-precision timestamps),
the ability to filter on any part of the syslog message, on-the-wire
message compression, and the ability to convert text files to syslog. It
is a drop-in replacement for stock syslogd and able to work with the same
configuration file syntax.

Changes: This is primarily a code cleanup and bug fixing release.
Feature-wise, it aims at some better recovery of aborted TCP sessions. It
contains a number of important fixes, which, for example, prevent a
segfault when imfile tries to read empty log file lines. Internally,
loadable library modules are now automatically unloaded if they are no
longer used. This is a recommended update for all v3 branch users.

document. It is handy when testing an application's output against a
document where element order is different (GData and Atom are examples of
specifications where element order is unimportant). It has a relaxed
notion of containment: element order is ignored, whitespace is trimmed,
comments are ignored, specific elements can be ignored by passing
XPath-like paths on the command line, and text nodes (element and
attribute content) can be ignored by passing '-notext' on the command
line.

Changes: This release includes a getting started guide and is usable as
both a library and a command line tool.
