About: Allegro Sprite Editor (ASE) is a program specially designed with
facilities to create animated sprites that can be used in some video game.
It lets you create static images, characters with movement, textures,

layout modes, such as tiled or floating. Each layout can be applied
dynamically. Windows can be grouped by tags, and each window can be tagged

About: check_logfiles is a plugin for Nagios which checks logfiles for
defined patterns. It is capable of detecting logfile rotation. If you tell
it how the rotated archives look, it will also examine these files. Unlike
check_logfiles, traditional logfile plugins were not aware of the gap
which could occur, so under some circumstances they ignored what had
happened between their checks. A configuration file is used to specify
where to search, what to search, and what to do if a matching line is
found.

Changes: This release adds an -F option that allows reading of multiple

About: Figaro's Password Manager 2 (FPM2) is a GTK2 port of Figaro's
Password Manager, originally developed by John Conneely. It allows you to
securely store your passwords, which are encrypted with the blowfish
algorithm. It allows you to copy passwords or usernames to the clipboard
or primary selection. If a password is for a Web site, FPM can keep track
of the URLs of your login screens and can automatically launch your
browser. You can also teach FPM to launch other applications. FPM can sort
your passwords into categories. Finally, it has a password generator that
can help you choose good passwords.

Changes: File loading specified by the command line option has been fixed.
The logo format has been changed from XPM to PNG and the code was cleaned
up.

About: Greylite is a SPAM filter with exceptional effectiveness and
without false positives. It combines natively with qmail and works as a
proxy for any SMTP server. It implements a modified greylisting algorithm
that improves the filtering effectiveness and minimizes the delay
drawbacks associated with the standard greylisting algorithm. It is
self-contained because it uses SQLite, and is easy to setup and maintain,
small, and fast.

Changes: greylite now supports load balancing on upstream SMTP servers,

About: NoMachine NX is a fast terminal server and desktop virtualization

About: Pactester is a tool to test proxy auto-configuration (PAC) files.
PAC files are used by browsers to identify the correct proxy server for a
given URL. Since the PAC file evaluation mechanism is generated inside the
browser and cannot be accessed from outside, the only way to tell which
proxy your browser will use for a specific URL is manual inspection of the
PAC file. Unfortunately, this approach is error prone and quickly becomes
impractical for large and complex PAC files. Pactester resolves this issue
by simulating browser behavior.

Changes: This release fixes pactester's ability to guess the hostname for
URLs that include port numbers in the hostname part (for example,
http://my.host.com:1241/finance/etc.html). In older versions, this bug can
be avoided by specifying the hostname on the command line (with the -h
option).
