with log file shipping for an automatic database application failover.

Changes: Extensions to the JDBC interface. The statement extension has
been updated to return updated values. Multi-node extensions for

About: CLFSWM (Common Lisp FullScreen Window Manager) is an X11 window
manager where windows are almost always fullscreen maximized or tiled. It
can be driven using the keyboard alone or with the mouse.

Changes: This version is a major update of the CLFSWM concept: there is no
more reference to workspaces. CLFSWM is a tree of frames and windows. A
frame can contain some windows or some other frames with a different
layout (tile, tile left, etc.). There is no more need for the pager: you
are in the pager. Just enter in a frame to make it fullscreen maximized
and zoom its contents.

Cvtool is a general-purpose computer vision tool that is based on the CVL

output. Complex analysis tasks can easily be realized in scripts. Many

WANs. The application provides a decentralized, self-contained and managed

Library) is the end result. Nodes can be dedicated to storage or used for
existing services over unused bandwidth. The scripts are a toolkit to help
users set up their own project, and to help the writer improve the system
and work in user space over SSH. The system is designed for robustness and

communicating with the oscilloscope and for scripting measurements tasks.

About: KAlarm lets you configure personal messages to be displayed,
commands to be executed, or emails to be sent at scheduled times. Among
its options, it allows you to choose the message font and color, how often
to repeat, whether to display an advance reminder, whether to speak the
message or play a sound when it is displayed, and whether to cancel the
alarm if it can't be triggered on time (e.g. if you are logged out at the
time). As well as using the graphical interface to configure alarms, you
can use the command line, and there is a DCOP interface for other
applications.

Changes: This release adds an option to cancel the alarm if the pre-alarm
action fails. It fixes an issue where special actions were lost. It fixes
Find not working after a failed search. There are other bugfixes.
Translations have been improved.

About: KaufKauf Slim Linux is a fully configured Linux-based operating
system that is able to run from flash memory. It doesn't require more than
500 MBytes of disk-space. It comes with full support for TouchKit touch
controllers and is made to run on weak systems (200 MHz CPU and 128 MBytes
RAM are enough). It is designed for embedded systems, doesn't need to be
shut down cleanly and comes with GNOME, CUPS, and several other features.

Changes: This version was fully updated and completely reworked. It now
contains Linux kernel 2.6.25, Xorg graphics, support for several
Xorg-driven touches, drivers for the eGalax touch, and the Xfce window
manager. This release is also intended to support new hardware platforms
and chipsets like the Geode LX 800. It is currently a testing version for
development purposes and might not be ready for production.

About: KDing is a KDE frontend for Ding, a dictionary lookup program. It
sits in KDE's system tray and can translate the current clipboard content.
Users can also enter single words or phrases for translation. It is
intended to be used for translating between German and English, but can be
used with every language for which a word list is available for Ding.

About: UnHash is a program that tries a brute force attack against a given
hash. The hash can be MD5 or SHA1, and the program will auto-detect which
one is given.

Changes: The bundled MD5 and SHA1 code has been removed. This release has
complete reliance on OpenSSL. A floating point exception bug in
print_stats() has been fixed. A termio bug where stdout redirection did
not work upon SIGINT (Ctl-C) has been fixed. Digest comparisons have been
moved out of hash functions into the main loop. There is a new feature to
read hashes from a file. Runtime stats are disabled due to various bugs. A
linked list to hold digests has been added.

About: vlock is a program to lock one or more sessions on the Linux
console. This is especially useful for Linux machines which have multiple
users with access to the console. One user may lock his or her session(s)
while still allowing other users to use the system on other virtual
consoles. If desired, the entire console may be locked and virtual console
switching disabled.

Changes: This release adds slight build system changes to help
distributors. The number of failed authentication tries is now displayed
on exit.

About: zzuf is a transparent application input fuzzer. Its purpose is to
find bugs in applications by corrupting their user-contributed data, which
frequently comes from untrusted sources on the Internet. It works by
intercepting file and network operations and changing random bits in the
program's input. zzuf's behavior is deterministic, making it easier to
reproduce bugs.

Changes: This release includes a randomizer with improved bit coverage and
support for very low fuzzing ratios (down to one bit on a whole DVD). It
also reimplements the dup and dup2 functions, as well as the glibc
unlocked stdio functions found in an increasing number of applications.
