About: Dim is a utility to help you track the changes of items (sets
composed of multiple files). It provides commands to handle the complete
lifecycle of version control operations: create a library, register users
(code authors), create items, save local versions, branch, clone, export,
import, remove, merge, archive, replicate library content over the network
or the filesystem, and access the full history and browse differences at
the library, item, file, line, or word level. Dim is a single
self-documented POSIX shell script. It just uses standard Unix utilities
like awk, diff, tar, and openssl.

Changes: The separate command gurl has been removed. HTTP transport is now
supported directly inside dim, which leads to a big performance
improvement. Better support of multiple dim libraries is provided. The
support of nested mounts has been improved, although not complete yet. Many
bugs have been fixed.

About: flpsed is a WYSIWYG PostScript annotator. You can't actually edit
existing documents, but you can add arbitrary text lines to existing
documents. Added lines can later be re-edited with flpsed. Using pdftops,
flpsed can import PDF documents and also add text to them. It is useful for
filling in forms, adding notes, etc. In batch mode, it can be used to
automate form filling.

fixed.

About: gipfel is a tool to find the names of mountains or points of
interest on a picture. It uses a database containing names and GPS data.
With the given viewpoint (the point from which the picture was taken) and
two known mountains on the picture, it can compute all parameters needed
to compute the positions of other mountains on the picture. gipfel can
also generate (stitch) panorama images.

Changes: A bug with TIFF file generation in stitching mode was fixed, and
stitching speed was improved.

Changes: Documentation on how to setup TLS syslog has been greatly
improved. Also, omusrmsg has been rewritten to utilize rsyslog's threading
instead of forking of children to send user messages. This is expected to
also solve some issues with zombie processes. An issue with TLS anonymous
mode, which still required client certificates, and a problem with the
RainerScript parser, which did not detect every syntax error, were solved.
This is a recommended update for all development branch users.

About: sba is a generic sparse bundle adjustment C/C++ library based on
the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. Bundle adjustment is almost invariably
used as the last step of every feature-based multiple view reconstruction
vision algorithm to obtain optimal 3D structure and motion (i.e. camera
matrix) parameter estimates. Provided with initial estimates, BA
simultaneously refines motion and structure by minimizing the reprojection
error between the observed and predicted image points. sba is generic in
the sense that it grants the user full control over the definition of the
parameters describing cameras and 3D structure.

Changes: Support was added for including the covariance matrices of the
image projections in the optimization. This feature provides the option of
weighting the reprojection errors with the inverses of the point
covariances. The memory requirements of sba_motstr_levmar_x() were reduced
further by using the same memory to store the matrices V* and V*-1. Any
working memory retained between invocations of the linear solvers is now
ensured to be released upon the termination of all sba routines.

About: web2ldap is a full-featured Web-based LDAPv3 client written in
Python. It is designed to run either as with stand-alone built-in Web
server or under the control of another Web server with FastCGI support
(e.g. Apache with mod_fastcgi). It has support for various LDAPv3 bind
methods and a powerful built-in schema browser. HTML templates are
supported for displaying and editing entries, and LDIF templates can be
used for quickly adding new entries. A built-in X.509 parser displays a
detailed view of certificates and CRLs with active links.

Changes: Support for name forms when adding new entries was added. A new
base class for multi-line text values was added, and is used for attributes
of syntax 'postal address'. A new plugin module for PGP keyserver data was
added.

About: Word War vi is a side-scrolling shoot 'em up '80s style arcade
game. You pilot your "vi"per craft through core memory, rescuing lost .swp
files, avoiding OS defenses, and wiping out those memory hogging emacs
processes. When all the lost .swp files are rescued, head for the socket
which will take you to the next node in the cluster.

Changes: This release improves the motion of the jetpack pilots. The
"***MISSILE LOCK ON DETECTED***" message blinks. New difficulty levels have
been added: "easy", "medium", "hard", "insane", and "batxxxx-insane".

About: XFast is a slim and lightweight desktop environment that
incorporates both a window server and window manager within the same
project. Its intended use is on embedded platforms where resources are low,
as well as everywhere a desktop environment needs to be started very
quickly and with low memory consumption. XFast can be used together with
existing GTK and SDL applications, so there is no need to rewrite them for
this new windowing system.

Changes: This is the first release licensed under the GPL. Several bugs
have been fixed. The code size has been decreased dramatically by removing
copied library code, and it has been adapted to compile with current
versions of the Vesa video driver library. The caca video driver was
removed. Scripts have been added for easier theme creation and a
touchscreen-optimized theme was created.

About: xmlroff is a fast, multilingual, multi-platform XSL formatter that
transforms XSL-FO documents (or any XML with an appropriate XSL stylesheet)
into PDF or PostScript. It aims to excel at DocBook formatting, and it
integrates easily with other programs and with scripting languages.

Changes: The plain BSD license is now used. A version API was added. A
segfault which occurred if the input was not an FO document was fixed. An
xmlroff.1 man page is now generated. Checking for CUnit was fixed. PNG
graphics are rendered in the Cairo backend. Fewer error messages are shown
when an image file is not found. The manual was divided into a chapter for
the users' guide and a chapter for the developers' guide.
