About: Dexter is a tool that allows users to define extended attributes
which can be associated with descriptors and editors. These attributes can
be embedded into any well-formed XML document. The resulting embellished
document, the 'source', is then input to the dexter engine. This will
generate one or more XSLT stylesheets describing the input document
interpolating editor modifications and any instructions specified by the
descriptors. As dexter's operations are specified exclusively with extended
attributes, all but the most unforgiving of XML content viewers will

styled well. A user can't search users by email. Tags are not indexed when
added through the issues edit screen. The right panel on issues list and
edit screen were made floating and fixed with the viewport.

About: Rsyslog is an enhanced multi-threaded syslogd. Among others, it
offers support for on-demand disk buffering, reliable syslog over TCP, SSL,
TLS, and RELP, writing to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and many
more), email alerting, fully configurable output formats (including
high-precision timestamps), the ability to filter on any part of the syslog
message, on-the-wire message compression, and the ability to convert text
files to syslog. It is a drop-in replacement for stock syslogd and able to
work with the same configuration file syntax.

Changes: This release contains some bugfixes and support for improved
config file error checking. Most importantly, rsyslogd now has a "config
file verification option", which makes it verify the config file but not
start up or interfere with a running configuration. That should make
troubleshooting config problems much easier. This version also writes all
internally-generated messages to stderr (if not disabled).

About: Scalable OpenGroupware.org (SOGo) is a project derived from
OpenGroupware.Org (OGo) with scalability in mind. The Inverse edition of
this project has many feature enhancements: CalDAV and GroupDAV
compliance, full handling of vCard as well as vCalendar/iCalendar formats,
and support for folder sharing and ACLs. The Web interface has been
rewritten in an AJAX fashion to provided a faster UI for the users,
consistency in look and feel with the Mozilla applications, and to reduce
the load of the transactions on the server.

Changes: The events are now computed server-side again, in order to speed
up the drawing of events. The handling of exceptional occurences of
recurrent events was implemented. The calendar preferences are now taken
into account. Autocompetion of addresses was added in the mail editor.
Support for iCal 3 was implemented. Support to move and copy contacts
between addressbooks was added. Problems occurring with Courier IMAP were
fixed. A race condition where creating user tables from parallel processes
was fixed. General usability and consistency of the Web user interface were
improved.

About: scdbackup is a simplified CD/DVD backup program for Linux. It can
back up large amounts of data on one or more media, with no special tools
needed for reading the backup. It supports ISO9660 filesystems and afio
archives. Its special features are automatic division of data into multiple
volumes, verification of write success, incremental backups, a search and
restore helper for large ISO9660 backups. CDs get written via cdrecord,
wodim, cdrskin, or xorriso. DVDs and BDs get written via growisofs,
cdrskin, or xorriso.

Changes: The configuration now allows the choice of xorriso as the ISO9660
formatter and as the burn program. This enables scdbackup to split
oversized files without needing a large disk buffer. Remote scdbackup
installations may be used via SSH instead of a burn program. Regular
expressions can exclude files from the backup if their leafnames match.
Media types BD-R and BD-RE are permitted but have not been tested yet.

to carry out a number of operations against the messages maintained on a
remote IMAP server. Using simple rules chained together, you may select

regular expressions to be used. The fetching of messages from the remote

cell when in editing in place. You can open libraries on read-only
filesystems now. This allows libraries on a CD to be viewed.

About: SQLizer is a utility library intended to be used in search
applications. Given an input string, it builds an SQL select statement. It
supports two types of input: numeric and string. The catch is that this
library allows usage of operators in the input string. Supported operators
are "and", "or", "not", and grouping by means of parentheses. It also
supports the wildcards "*", "%", "?", and "_" in string searches as well as
regular expressions enclosed in /.../.

Changes: This release adds support for use of regular expressions as
search parameters. A more granular filter can now be passed to the
parseField(...) function, which allows more fine control of SQL generation.

About: uxdstools is a set of Unix directory service tools. It is a suite
of command tools to administer POSIX user and group accounts in an LDAP
directory. It is similar in spirit to the useradd/mod/del tools found on
Linux and Solaris, the pw tools on BSD, the mk|ch|rmuser/group tools on
AIX, etc. However, instead of manipulating local accounts, uxdstools
manages POSIX-type accounts that can be found in LDAP directory services
installations, namely those with posixAccount and posixGroup attributes.

Changes: This release adds logic in configure to detect whether the
machine type is i[3456]86 or x86_64. The last release mistakenly did not
take that into account to silence the compiler warnings resulting from the
format used for strlen calls.
