About: The main goal of the Linux Trustees project is to create an
advanced permission management system for Linux. The solution proposed is
mainly inspired by the approach taken by Novell Netware and the Java
security API. Special objects (called trustees) can be bound to every file

file, directory, or directory with subdirectories is granted (or denied)

some weblogging systems, it does not try to be a CMS, thus avoiding all

output is valid XHTML (using a strong templating system) and CSS. This
system is also database engine-independent and comes with an easy
installation process.
Changes: This release adds Texy! for easier spot formating (you don't have
to use HTML now). There is a new default skin for the system. There are
great under-the-hood improvements, making it work on almost any 4.x or 5.x
version of PHP. It's more optimised for search engines. This release was
done under a little pressure (just in time to have it ready for some
reviews), so it may not be perfect.

About: zsync is a client-side implementation of the rsync algorithm. It
allows updating of files from a remote Web server without requiring a
full download or a special remote server application. It uses a metafile,
which must be created on the server, to determine which parts of a file
the user already has; it then downloads the remaining parts via HTTP. No
special server or Web server module is needed. It can also look inside
gzip files, allowing efficient update transfers even when files are
compressed.
