Hey all,

I have just installed Gentoo using a stage 3 on my i586 MMX. I
followed of the documentation that was provided. I had completed
setting up GRUB and un-mounted the partitions and issued the reboot
command. Now the computer boots to GRUB and when I select the Gentoo
option (the only option in GRUB) it reboots. Even if I do not hit the
enter key it counts down from 30 and reboots over and over.

This is the second time I have installed Gentoo on this system.
The first was using a Stage 2 and I had the same results. I checked
/etc/fstab but that looks good. Has anyone else had this problem? If
so how the heck do you fix it?

Thanks,
Robert
