Re: IRQ problems with PCG-GRS614MP

The new kernel is working much better but I still have a few problems.
The USB interface does not seem to recognise when I plug in a device, 
there is no record in /var/log/messages
also I get a stream of records in the messages log file every 5 seconds:

also the first battery light never goes out and the battery power seems 
to run down pretty fast. It seems to loose a about 1% a min!
Also I can't use the volume and brightness controls and the fan won't 
stop going.

Any ideas please?
