Hello Piotr, Sorry I can't really help with the ACPI issues you are having, but I can suggest fnfx[1] for the FN+FX keys. Also it is a toshiba_acpi module that allows access for some of the Toshiba-specific stuff. It works on my Satellite 1401 -- shutdown, TV-out, screen brightness, FN keys. Hope it helps!
