[tlinux-users:07679] Ubuntu on Satellite A105

I am trying to install Ubuntu on a Satellite A105.  I am having problems
with X Windows. I have tried a manual reconfiguration with several
recommended sets of parameters, but have had no success as of yet.  Startup
of Gnome display manager fails.

I have not been able to find any specific information about running linux on
this particular model.

If anyone on this list has successfully installed any linux distribution on
the Satellite A105, I would be VERY GRATEFUL for any direction.
