Are you sure about this? I have a NVIDIA GeForce4 and I am almost sure 
that it doesn't use any of my RAM (I have only 256 MB).

Also, you are assuming that he has problems with RAM but he doesn't 
mention nothing of that sort. As long as you are not swapping 
frequently, you may have 100% memory usage and your computer is fine. 
(Unused RAM is wasted money).
