It isn't so much ACPI compatibility as it is that some features like
the Fn keys, the extra keys, and maybe LCD brightness do not work.
There are some other problems, depending on the Video chipset, and
video modes when it comes to suspend, but I am not sure if they work
better with the true Toshiba BIOS. If I remember correctly, I did
not have problems with my A105 when using the VESA drives, but it
has problems with the I810 driver. Then again, some people have also
reported suspend problem with the 2.6.17 kernels. There are also
some problems with suspend and using the SATA drivers as a module...
