ipvsadm :- Getting real server weight as “0” : Did this to setup

Hi All 
   I tired to run the follwing ipvsadm command on one
of the Linux directors and I was I able to see the
weight also when I browse using virtual IP address
192.169.6.240
  I can get the real servers Page 

the commands I had given is 

ipvsadm -E -t 192.168.6.240:80
ipvsadm -A -t 192.168.6.240:80
ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.6.240:80 -r 192.168.7.4:80 -w 1
-m
ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.6.240:80 -r 192.168.7.5:80 -w 1
-m
 
         Now I want to try this same on the other
linux direcor and check
