This was true, but I rebuilt many packages to resolve this issue. Some 
of the effected packages did not correctly rebuilt after the mock 
downgrade so might need manual work. If you tell me which your trying to 
use and still having issues with, we can look to rebuilt the effected 
package

OpenJDK was added to RHEL/CentOS as part of the updates, 5.4 maybe ?
