Hi Jason,

sorry for being late. I am working with a local clone of the build
system at Joes2, after much struggling with its lack of availability.
One important difference of my mock environment is that I'm using EL6.
IMHO that's no violation of "the developer guidelines", moreover, we
should upgrade an mock build environment to EL6 too.
