Interfacing lrp

Sir,

   I am a new user of lrp.I have a problem in interfacing a
computer with the router.The computer on the local network
sends a packet to the router.This packet contains an IP
address.The router must listen in a particular port for this
packet.Once it receives a packet and identifies it as coming
 from
the specific computer must read its content.Based on the IP
address in that packet ,the firewall rules must be altered
dynamically.How to make the router listen to a port and execute
a
code when lrp can run only shell programs?
