translate urpmi manuals? where?

I have seen that theres no urpmi manual transalted, so i created the
file http://svn.mandriva.com/viewvc/soft/rpm/urpmi/trunk/pod/urpmq.pt.8.pod

Then i build urpmi and realized that the urpmq portuguese manual isnt
installed in the correct place (i.e. /usr/share/man/pt/man8) and
instead is simply installed under
/usr/share/man/man8

What i mean is that this should be fixed so that urpmi manuals can be
translated and installed in correct places.
