qmake and make on 2010.0

I am trying to build a version of a program called linpsk.  "qmake" now 
works but when I try "make" I get a number of error messages, starting 
with:-
"g++; command not found"
"[general settings.o] Error 127"

I assume I have failed to install something correctly but don't know what.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?
